文章总结了魏军平教授治疗原发性甲状腺功能减退症(Hypothyroidism)的学术经验。针对原发性甲状腺功能减退症的诊疗,遵循病证结合,全程把握的原则;辨证论治过程中强调明确病机,抓住根本,提高疗效;临证避免先入为主,辨证用方,随证化裁;据病情变化,灵活谴药,提炼用药心得;原发性甲状腺功能减退症的调治重视怡情悦性,调畅情志。
This article summarizes Professor Wei Junping′s academic experience in treating primary hypothyroidism.In the diagnosis and treatment of primary hypothyroidism,Professor Wei follows the principle of combining disease with syndrome and grasping the whole process.In the syndrome differentiation and treatment,it is critical to clarify the pathogenesis,address the root cause,and improve the curative effect.Professor Wei also emphasizes avoiding preconceptions in clinical diagnosis,using the formula based on syndrome differentiation and making decisions according to the syndrome.It is important to adapt the treatment plan to changes in the patient′s condition and share insights on the flexibility and refinement of herbal medicine application.In addition,Professor Wei underscores the significance of regulating emotions and promoting a positive mental state in the comprehensive management of primary hypothyroidism.
