摘要 消费社会的物质发展让人们被迫面对包装废弃物日排放量惊人、资源高耗的环保困境。相关部门提升管理策略,制定合理并有建设性的相关标准、法规和制度,以恰当地评价、规范、限制和鼓励相关的消费、生产等行为和内容。建立“源头减废”的理论视角,充分利用现代大数据和智能化技术,围绕废弃标准、减量标准、循环标准和使用标准四个关键维度,建立产品包装控制设计评价标准,可为包装行业提供综合性的评价和优化框架,推动相关产业可持续发展。 The high material development of the consumer society has forced us to face the environmental protection dilemma of alarming daily emissions of packaging waste and high consumption of resources,urging relevant departments to improve management strategies,formulate reasonable and constructive relevant standards,regulations and systems,in order to properly evaluate,regulate,limit and encourage related consumption,production and other behaviors and content.The establishment of the theoretical perspective of“source waste reduction”,make full use of modern big data and intelligent technology,and establish product packaging control design evaluation standards around the four key dimensions of waste standards,reduction standards,cycle standards and use standards,is conducive to providing a comprehensive evaluation and optimization framework for the packaging industry,and promote the sustainable development of related industries.
