摘要
本文阐述了框架式断路器的结构特点,根据框架式断路器保护单元故障引起误动作的事件经过、故障排查分析、设备检测及检测结果的案例分析,提出了框架式断路器故障维检的解决方案,并重点论述了断路器内部油脂变黏、不能合闸与分闸等情况的解决策略。对于框架式断路器等机电设备,唯有深入学习该产品厂家说明书,熟悉设备结构和控制原理,详实掌握维护检修方案,不断总结和记录经验,方能最大限度地保证设备长期安全、稳定运行,避免因断路器故障而造成负载停电甚至设备损坏。
This paper elaborates on the structural chara cteristics of frame circuit breakers.Based on the event history,troubleshooting analysis,equipment testing,and case analysis of misoperation caused by frame circuit breaker protection unit faults,a solution for frame circuit breaker fault maintenance is proposed,and focuses on the circuit breaker internal grease becomes sticky,can not close the gate with the gate and other cases of the resolution of the strategy.For mechanical and electrical equipment such as frame circuit breakers,only by deeply studying the product manufacturer's manual,familiarizing oneself with the equipment structure and control principles,mastering maintenance and repair plans in detail,continuously summarizing and recording experience,can maximize the long-term safe and stable operation of the equipment,and avoid load power outages or even equipment damage caused by circuit breaker failures.
