基于BIM的装配式整体卫生间数字化设计工具开发与应用 被引量:3

Development and Application of BIM Based Digital Design Tool for Assemblytype Bathroom Unit

摘要 传统住宅产业的生产模式耗费了大量材料和能源,还导致住宅寿命较短,住宅建设转向为工业化住宅的趋势开始愈发明显。整体浴室作为集成度最高的工业化住宅部品之一发展迅速,对卫生间的设计要求也不断提高,然而目前整体浴室初步设计效率低与需要快速获取初步设计方案的实际场景需求相矛盾,制约了整体浴室的发展。为了解决这些问题,提出了整体卫生间实现快速初步设计的方法,并在此基础上以C#和Python为程序开发语言来编程,开发了配套的初步设计工具,解决了整体卫生间构件库建立、参数推荐、模型快速建立、图纸及标注一键生成等模块的代码开发问题。通过实际工程项目来验证本文提出的初步设计方法,结果表明该工具可以快速生成模型,并获取符合实际需求的初步设计方案;此外,构件库的建立可以方便用户自由载入构件,实现自由设计。 The production model of the traditional housing industry consumes a large amount of materials and energy,and also leads to a shorter residential lifespan.The transformation trend of housing construction to industrialized housing is becoming more and more prominent.As one of the most integrated industrialized housing components,the bathroom unit has witnessed rapid development,and an increasingly higher requirements for its design.However,the current low efficiency in the preliminary design of the bathroom units contradicts the actual requirements that need to quickly obtain the preliminary design plan,which restricts the development of the bathroom unit.To address these issues,an overall bathroom preliminary design method was proposed.By using C#and Python as programming languages,preliminary design tools were developed to solve the problem of code development of modules such as the establishment of the overall bathroom component library,parameter recommendation,rapid model establishment,and one-click generation of drawings and annotations.The tool is applied to an actual engineering project,which verifies that the preliminary design method proposed in this paper can quickly obtain a preliminary design scheme that meets the actual needs.Also,the component library enables customers to load components freely,realizing freedom in design.
