骨盆影像学测量预测直肠癌手术难度的研究进展

摘要 全直肠系膜切除术(total mesorectal excision,TME)是直肠癌的标准手术方式之一,其手术难度较高。由于骨盆固定的骨性结构,盆腔手术空间有限,直肠癌尤其是中低位直肠癌的外科手术变得复杂。肿瘤距肛缘越近,手术视野和手术空间越小,手术时间就会越长,术中副损失和术后并发症的发生率就会越高,手术难度也越高。最近的研究发现,几种解剖学骨盆测量值与手术难度之间存在关联,可以用骨盆影像学测量来预测TME的技术难度和结果,并确定是否可以对特定的患者优化手术方法。本文对骨盆影像学测量预测直肠癌手术难度的研究进展进行综述。
