摘要
目的 探究银屑病患者健康素养现状及影响因素,为制订针对性的健康管理干预提供参考。方法 采用一般资料调查表、慢性病健康素养量表以及一般自我效能感量表对辽宁省两所三级甲等医院皮肤科258例银屑病患者进行问卷调查。结果 银屑病患者健康素养得分为103.00(97.00,108.25)分;自我效能感得分为(28.47±6.66)分。健康素养各维度得分及总分均与自我效能感得分呈正相关(P<0.01)。多元线性回归分析显示,性别、文化程度、自我效能感是银屑病患者健康素养的影响因素(P<0.01)。结论 银屑病患者的健康素养处于中等水平,并受性别、文化程度、自我效能感的影响,医护人员应根据不同的影响因素采取个体化护理干预与管理进一步提升患者的健康素养水平。
Objective To explore the current status and influencing factors of health literacy among psoriasis patients,and to provide reference for the development of targeted health management interventions.Methods A total of 258 psoriasis patients who came from the de-partment of dermatology in two tertiary hospitals of Liaoning Province were investigated with general information questionnaire,Health Literacy Scale Chronic Patients,and General Self-Efficacy Scale.Results The score of health literacy in psoriasis patients was 103.00(97.00,108.25).The self-efficacy score was(28.47±6.66).Health literacy score in each dimension and the total score were positively correlated with self-efficacy scores(P<0.01).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that gender,education level and self-efficacy were influencing factors of health literacy in patients with psoriasis(P<0.01).Conclusion The health literacy of patients with psoriasis is at a medium level,and is affected by gender,education level and self-efficacy.Medical staff should adopt individualized nursing intervention and management according to different influencing factors to further improve the health literacy level of patients.
