摘要 短距离自由泳是游泳运动员的专项技术,也是正式比赛项目,比赛中的关键评价指标就是游进速度。移臂推力是游进速度的主要动力来源,手臂进出水前后交叉技术的正确与否直接影响推力大小。本文以短距离自由泳优秀运动员为实验对象,通过为期两周的针对性训练,然后进行三次前后交叉划频差异对比测试,以此考察其能力提升情况。研究结果显示:自由泳推进力技术的提升不仅需要依靠正确的身体躯干、腿部及手臂动作,还需要增强其力量训练,其中手臂力量训练尤为关键,正确的前后交叉技术需要有手臂力量来保证。 Short distance freestyle swimming is a specialized technique for swimmers and a major competitive event in swimming competitions.The key evaluation indicator of the competition is the swimming speed.The thrust of arm movement is the main source of power for swimming speed,and the correctness of the arm's cross technique before and after entering and exiting the water directly affects the magnitude of thrust.The article focuses on excellent short distance freestyle athletes,and through two weeks of targeted training,their abilities are improved.Then,three experiments were conducted to compare the differences in cross stroke frequency between the front and back.The results show that the improvement of freestyle propulsion technology not only depends on the position of the body trunk,legs,and arms,but also requires the cultivation of strength training.Among them,arm strength training is particularly crucial,and correct cross technology requires arm strength training.
