摘要
为完成屋面花架悬挑结构的高空支模施工,采用型钢悬挑支撑技术,选择悬挑工字钢做主梁、工字钢斜撑卸荷的方式搭建操作平台,在平台上搭设支模架及防护脚手架。实践表明,该技术减少了支模高度,降低了施工风险和节约了成本,且屋面层以下的外立面施工不受影响,加快了施工进度。
To complete the high-altitude formwork construction of the roof flower shelf cantilever structure,the section steel cantilever support technology is adopted,the cantilever I-beam is selected as the main beam,the I-beam diagonal bracing unloading method is used to build the operation platform,and the formwork support and protective scaffold are set up on the platform.Practice shows that this technology reduces the height of formwork,reduces the construction risk and saves the cost,and the construction of the facade below the roof layer is not affected,which speeds up the construction progress.
