摘要
文章提出采用阵列超声成像法在全预制装配式混凝土结构缺陷检测的原理和计算方法,并结合实践对其检测技术要点进行梳理。研究结果表明:阵列超声成像法在全预制装配式混凝土结构缺陷检测中,主要是结合结构缺陷处底部反射的超声波传播的时间计算缺陷的深度,通过形成的二维图像直观显示缺陷的位置,但是缺陷的结构不能显示,不仅检测精度高,而且当缺陷深度加深时检测精度更高。
In this study,the principle and calculation method of detecting defects of fully prefabricated concrete structures by using array ultrasonic imaging method were proposed,and combined with practice,the key points of detection technology were sorted out.The results show that:in the detection of defects of fully prefabricated concrete structures,the depth of defects is calculated by the array ultrasonic imaging method based on the time of ultrasonic propagation reflected at the bottom of structural defects.The position of defects can be visually displayed through the formed two-dimensional image,but the structure of defects cannot be displayed,which not only has a high detection accuracy,but also has a higher detection accuracy when the depth of defects is deepened.
