经尿道针状电极膀胱肿瘤整块剜除术治疗非浸润性膀胱癌的临床效果 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨经尿道针状电极膀胱肿瘤整块剜除术(ERBT)治疗非浸润性膀胱癌的临床效果。方法将60例非浸润性膀胱癌患者随机分为研究组(n=30)和对照组(n=30)。对照组给予经尿道膀胱肿瘤切除术(TURBT)治疗,研究组给予ERBT治疗,比较两组的围手术期指标、并发症及复发情况。结果研究组手术时间、膀胱冲洗时间、尿管留置时间及住院时间均短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率、复发率分别为6.67%、3.33%,低于对照组的30.00%、26.67%(P<0.05)。结论与TURBT治疗相比,ERBT治疗非浸润性膀胱癌能够明显缩短膀胱冲洗时间、手术时间、尿管留置时间及住院时间,减少术中出血量,降低并发症发生率及复发率。 Objective To explore the clinical effect of en-bloc resection of bladder tumor(ERBT)in the treatment of non-invasive bladder cancer.Methods 60 patients with non-invasive bladder cancer were randomly divided into study group(n=30)and control group(n=30).The control group was treated with transurethral resection of bladder tumor(TURBT),and the study group was treated with ERBT.The perioperative indicators,complications and recurrence of the two groups were compared.Results The bladder irrigation time,operation time,indwelling catheter time and hospitalization time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications and recurrence rate in the study group were 6.67%and 3.33%,respectively,lower than 30.00%and 26.67%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Compared with TURBT,ERBT in the treatment of non-invasive bladder cancer can significantly shorten the bladder irrigation time,operation time,indwelling catheter time and hospitalization time,and reduce the intraoperative blood loss,incidence of complications and recurrence rate.
