摘要
目的探讨桂枝附子汤加味联合温针灸治疗肾虚寒凝型类风湿关节炎(RA)的效果及对miR-24、miR-132表达的影响。方法选取2021年3月至2022年3月收治的80例RA患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加桂枝附子汤加味联合温针灸治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的77.50%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的miR-24表达量高于对照组,miR-132表达量低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的类风湿因子(RF)、红细胞沉降率(ESR)、白细胞介素-1(IL-1)、基质金属蛋白酶-3(MMP-3)水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论桂枝附子汤加味联合温针灸治疗肾虚寒凝型RA,不仅能够提高治疗效果,还能调节miR-24、miR-132表达量,抑制炎性因子水平,促进炎症吸收,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of modified Guizhi Fuzi decoction combined with warm acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis(RA)of kidney deficiency and cold coagulation type and its influences on the expression of miR-24 and miR-132.Methods A total of 80 RA patients admitted from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with modified Guizhi Fuzi decoction combined with warm acupuncture and moxibustion on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than 77.50%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the expression of miR-24 in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the expression of miR-132 was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of rheumatoid factor(RF),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),interleukin-1(IL-1)and matrix metalloproteinase-3(MMP-3)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Guizhi Fuzi decoction combined with warm acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of RA of kidney deficiency and cold coagulation type can not only improve the therapeutic effect,but also regulate the expression of miR-24 and miR-132,inhibit the levels of inflammatory factors,and promote the absorption of inflammation,which is worthy of promotion.
