基于灰狼算法的微电网源网荷储优化配置研究 被引量:5

摘要 随着“双碳”目标的提出,微电网作为将分布式电源与用户负荷结合起来的小型电力系统迅速发展,相较于传统电网更加灵活、可靠,成本更低。作为微电网规划阶段的重要部分,分布式电源的优化配置对微电网成本、满足负荷需求、适应当地可再生能源消纳至关重要。构建了考虑价格、激励2种需求响应的微电网负荷调整模型及需求响应成本模型,在此基础上,提出一种考虑需求响应下的微电网源网荷储优化配置方法,并采用灰狼算法进行求解分析,同时引入微电网自平衡率和可再生能源电源利用率的评价指标。最后通过算例的实测数据对模型进行验证,分析了需求响应前后对微电网优化配置的影响,可为不同评价指标水平下的微电网优化配置方案选择提供参考。 With the proposal of the“dual carbon”goal,microgrids rapidly develope as small power systems that combine distributed power sources with user loads,making them more flexible,reliable,and cost-effective compared to traditional power grids.As an important part of the microgrid planning phase,the optimized configuration of distributed power sources is crucial for the cost of microgrids,meeting load demands,and adapting to local renewable energy consumption.A microgrid load adjustment model and demand response cost model are constructed considering both price and incentive demand responses.Based on this,a microgrid source network load optimization configuration method considering demand response is proposed,and the Grey Wolf algorithm is used for solution analysis.At the same time,evaluation indicators for microgrid self balance rate and renewable energy source utilization rate are introduced.Finally,the model is validated through the measured data of a numerical example,analyzing the impact of demand response on microgrid optimization configuration before and after,and providing reference for the selection of microgrid optimization configuration schemes under different evaluation index levels.
