摘要
“井工厂”水平井作业模式已成为经济有效开发非常规油气藏的关键技术,但是由于该作业模式作业井眼相对密集,为解决井眼相碰和减小死油区面积问题,开展了水平井组的勺形井眼轨道剖面优化设计方法研究。在进行井眼轨道优化时,先对井场采用交错式布井方式,对各水平井的靶前距和造斜点位置进行组合优化设计,确保靶区位置能够控制全区面积,从而构建最佳水平井组勺形井眼轨道剖面。现场应用实例表明,勺形水平井较常规水平井起下钻柱和下套管摩阻虽然略有增加,但不会影响正常钻完井作业。对比常规井眼轨道与勺形井眼轨道的“井工厂”水平井组,在相同造斜率下,勺形井眼能够将靶前位移缩减到0m,有效地减小了死油区面积,并且可以更加有效地规避井眼相碰风险,在开发致密油时,能够提高经济效益。
The“well plant”horizontal well operation mode has become a key technology for the economical and effective development of unconventional reservoirs.However,due to the relatively dense wells and short distance between adjacent wellheads,the horizontal well collision risk is high.The conventional well track profile design method will result in a large area of dead oil zone under the well factory operating platform.It is difficult to use the dead oil area again in the late stage of development.In order to solve the problem of wellbore collision and reduce the dead oil area,the optimization design method of scoop hole track profile of horizontal well group was studied.In the optimization of well track,the staggered well layout method was adopted for the well site first,and the target distance of each horizontal well and the position of deviation point were combined and optimized to ensure that the target location could control the whole area,so as to construct the optimal horizontal group scoop well track profile.The field application shows that although the friction of running string and casing in spoon-shaped horizontal wells is slightly increased compared with that in conventional horizontal wells,it will not affect normal drilling and completion operations.In contrast to the“well plant”horizontal well set with a conventional well track and a spoon track,the spoon track reduces the target displacement to 0 m at the same build slope,effectively reducing the dead oil area and better avoiding wellbore collision risk,which improves economic efficiency when developing tight oil.
