摘要
当前,绿色贸易壁垒成为各国保护环境和促进经济可持续发展的重要手段。然而,绿色贸易壁垒对农产品出口贸易产生了一定的影响。农产品进出口是国际贸易的重要组成部分,也是许多国家经济发展的重要支柱。基于此,本文首先探讨绿色贸易壁垒对农产品出口贸易的影响机制包括技术壁垒、标准壁垒和信息不对称等方面;其次,评估绿色贸易壁垒对农产品出口贸易的效应,包括减少农产品出口数量、降低农产品出口竞争力和增加农产品出口风险等方面;最后,本文提出应对绿色贸易壁垒的中国农产品出口策略,包括提高农产品质量和安全水平、加强标准化和认证工作、优化出口结构和加强国际合作等方面,以供参考。
Green trade barriers have become an important means for countries to protect the environment and promote sustainable economic development.However,these barriers have had a certain impact on the export trade of agricultural products.Import and export of agricultural products are a vital component of international trade and a crucial pillar for the economic development of many countries.This article explores the impact mechanisms of green trade barriers on the export trade of agricultural products,including technological barriers,standard barriers,information asymmetry,etc.in thefirst place.Then it assesses the effects of green trade barriers on the export trade of agricultural products,including reducing the volume,decreasing the competitiveness,and increasing the risks of agricultural product exports.The article proposes several strategies to address green trade barriers for China’s agricultural product exports,including improving the quality and safety levels of agricultural products,strengthening standardization and certification efforts,optimizing export structures,and enhancing international cooperation.
