摘要
碱性甲醇法是聚酯氨纶织物定量分析中常用的检测方法之一。该方法具有测试周期短、残留物损伤小的优势,但其在检测过程中会产生大量废液,浪费资源,影响环境,无法实现资源的高效管理,不符合国家零排放、碳中和的要求。针对醇碱联合解聚聚酯纤维时醇和碱均需过量添加的要求,对碱性甲醇溶液循环使用的可行性进行了研究。结果表明,碱性甲醇溶液在聚酯氨纶织物定量分析中可循环使用,其有效循环使用次数可达18次,且定量分析结果准确可靠。
Alkaline methanol method is a commonly used method in the quantitative analysis of polyester and spandex blended fabrics,the method has the advantages of short test cycle and small residue damage.However,a large amount of waste liquid will be generated during this test,which will waste resources,affect the ecological environment,and do not meet the national requirement of carbon neutrality.According to the principle that methanol and NaOH are over-added in the process of depolymerizing PET by alkaline methanol method,the quantitative results of using recycled alkaline methanol solution are analyzed in order to reduce the generation of waste liquid.Results show that it is feasible to use recycling alkaline methanol solution in quantitative analysis of polyester and spandex blended fabrics,the effective cycles of the solution is 18,and the results are accurate and reliable.
