摘要
糖尿病周围神经病变是糖尿病常见并发症之一,主要表现为肢体麻痹、疼痛和肌萎缩等,重者致残甚至死亡。糖尿病周围神经病变的发病率高、病情复杂多变,降低患者生活质量,造成患者严重经济负担,因此有效控制、改善和治疗糖尿病周围神经病变是医学研究的热点。补阳还五汤是具有补气活血、祛瘀通络功效的方剂,临床可运用于治疗糖尿病周围神经病变。本文检索知网、维普和PubMed等文献库近5年的相关文献资料,探讨补阳还五汤治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的作用机理以及其临床运用情况。
Diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN),a common complication in the progression of diabetes mellitus,is characterized by numbness,pain,and muscular atrophy of limbs and may even lead to disability or death in severe cases.DPN has a high incidence and complex and variable conditions,seriously affecting the life quality and causing heavy economic burden.Thus,effective control,alleviation,and treatment of DPN is a hot topic in medical research.Buyang Huanwu Decoction,as a prescription for replenishing qi,activating blood,resolving stasis,and dredging collaterals,can be used to treat DPN.We retrieved the relevant articles from CNKI,VIP and Pub Med in the last five years,aiming to explain the mechanism of treating DPN with Buyang Huanwu Decoction and reveal the clinical application status of this prescription.
