摘要
全球胜任力是新时代人才培养的重要指标之一。为适应新文科背景下高校外语教育的改革要求,有必要探究与全球胜任力相融合的创新教学模式。基于此,本文以华东地区某双一流外语类大学为例,选取外语类高校专业核心课程——“综合英语”为例,建构以全球胜任力和语言能力发展为目标的OBE教学模式,在课程中实施,并通过配对样本T检验验证该模式的有效性,研究结果对培养具备全球胜任力的国际化外语人才具有启示意义。
As one of the important indicators of talent cultivation in the new era,global competence occupies a crucial position in the field of education at home and abroad.In order to adapt to the reform requirements of foreign language education in colleges and universities in the context of the new liberal arts,it is particularly important to explore innovative teaching models integrated with global competence.Based on this,this paper takes a double-top foreign language university in East China as an example,selects the core course of foreign language colleges and universities—Comprehensive English Course as the research object,understands the current situation of college students'global competence,and constructs an OBE teaching model which aims at developing students'global competence and language ability.The effectiveness of the model is verified through Paired Sample T-test.The research results can provide enlightenment for the cultivation of international foreign language talents.
