摘要 为探究城市更新项目群风险传染规律,预防工程风险,分析城市更新项目群风险传染机理及传染网络结构,通过构建城市更新风险传染网络,研究风险传染特征与规律并提出网络属性评价方法。结果表明:既有建筑拆除、新建住宅等是最易发生风险连锁效应的更新阶段;城市更新过程中主要的风险传染形式为:拆迁协调风险→相关方协调风险→社会稳定风险。工程项目群风险传染网络研究可为城市更新风险防控提供有益借鉴。 This research asims to explore the risk contagion laws of urban renewal engineering project groups,prevent engineering risks,analyze the risk contagion mechanism and network structure of urban renewal engineering project groups,construct urban renewal risk contagion networks,study the characteristics and laws of risk contagion,and propose network attribute evaluation methods.The results indicate that the demolition of existing buildings and the construction of new residential buildings are the most prone stages of risk chain effects in renewal.The main forms of risk transmission in the process of urban renewal are coordination risk of demolition→coordination risk of relevant parties→social stability risk.The study of risk contagion networks in engineering project groups can provide a useful reference for urban renewal risk prevention and control.
