摘要 为探讨夏热冬冷地区近零能耗公共建筑空气源热泵+水蓄能空调系统运行策略及运行能耗,以温州某近零能耗办公建筑为研究对象,利用eQUEST建筑能耗模拟软件对选取建筑全年负荷进行模拟分析,得出建筑不同负荷率随时间分布情况。根据项目用电峰谷价格及空气源热泵空调在不同室外温度下的能效比差异,制定冬夏季不同运行策略并计算空调系统运行能耗及费用。与常规空气源热泵空调水系统相比,设计空调系统年每平方米电耗降低1.13kW·h/(m^(2)·a),年电耗降幅5.4%,年每平方米运行费用降低10.7元/(m^(2)·a),年运行费降幅48.4%,设计空调系统实现了节能减排及降费的目的,其研究结果为建筑节能人员进行近零能耗公共建筑的水蓄能空调系统设计提供参考。 In order to discuss the operation strategy and operating energy consumption of air source heat pump + water storage air conditioning system in a public building with near zero energy consumption in hot summer and cold winter area, a near zero energy consumption office building in Wenzhou was taken as the research object, and the building energy consumption simulation was carried out using eQUEST. The annual load of the selected buildings is simulated and analyzed to obtain the time distribution of different load rates of the buildings. According to the peak and valley price of the project's electricity consumption and the energy efficiency ratio difference of the air source heat pump air conditioner at different outdoor temperatures, different operation strategies in winter and summer are formulated, and the energy consumption and cost of the air-conditioning system is calculated. Compared with the conventional air-source heat pump air-conditioning water system, the annual power consumption per square meter of the designed air conditioning system is reduced by 1.13 kW·h/(m^(2)·a), the annual power consumption is reduced by 5.4%, the annual operating cost per square meter is reduced by 10.7 yuan/(m^(2)·a), and the annual operating cost is reduced by 48.4%, the design of the air-conditioning system achieves the purpose of energy saving, emission reduction and cost reduction, providing reference about the design of water storage air conditioning systems for near zero energy public buildings.
