Digital Transformation of Basic Education in Ethnic Minority Areas:Theoretical Framework and Development Path

摘要 数字化转型已成当前社会发展的主趋势,民族地区基础教育数字化转型必将推动着我国基础教育高质量发展。反思当前我国民族地区基础教育数字化转型的状况,主要面临数字平台建设低水平化、教师数字素养匮乏、数字化转型机制不健全等现实挑战。新时代民族地区基础教育数字化转型需要在数字技术、文化资源的基础上进行整体性改革,以四个基本问题和八个基本要素为核心构建“四梁八柱”理论框架,并加强民族地区基础教育数字化转型的机制构建,激活民族地区基础教育数字化转型的内生动力,依托民族地区基础教育数字化转型的外部帮扶资源等,以此来提升我国民族地区基础教育现代化的水平。 As digital transformation has become a major trend of social development,the digital transformation of basic education in ethnic areas will certainly promote the high-quality development of basic education in China.For the current digital transformation of basic education in ethnic minority areas in China,there are challenges such as low-level digital platform construction,lack of digital literacy of teachers,and imperfect digital transformation mechanism.Therefore.the transformation in the new era requires overall reform on the basis of digital technology and cultural resources.We should build a"four beams and eight pillarst"hteoretical framework with four basic issues and eight basic elements as the core,optimize the mechanism of the digital transformation of basic education in ethnic areas,activate the endogenous force of this in ethnic areas,and rely on relevant external assistance resources,so as to improve the modernization level of basic education in ethnic minority areas in China.
