高黏高弹改性沥青与超高韧性混凝土组合铺装体系在大纵坡钢桥面中的应用研究

摘要 针对普通钢桥面铺装在大纵坡条件下疲劳开裂或铺装层间破坏的问题,Q7桥在桥面铺装实施前经过系统的科研试验并结合有限元理论计算和专项研究,最终选择了高黏高弹改性沥青与超高韧性混凝土钢桥面组合铺装体系。通过在结构层间增加嵌石工艺以增加基面糙化度,大大了提高层间抗剪强度,使得车辆在大纵坡行驶条件下桥面铺装层有足够的安全储备,有效解决了大纵坡钢桥面沥青铺装层常出现的开裂、推移、脱层等病害问题。 To address the issue of fatigue cracking or interlayer damage of ordinary steel bridge deck pavement under large longitudinal slopes,the Q7 Bridge underwent systematic scientific experiments and,combined with finite element theoretical calculations and specialized research,ultimately adopted a combination pavement system of high-viscosity high-elastic modified asphalt and ultra-high-toughness concrete for the steel bridge deck.By introducing the stone-inlay technique between structural layers to increase the roughness of the base surface and significantly enhance the interlayer shear strength,the pavement system provides sufficient safety margin for the bridge deck under conditions of large longitudinal slopes.This effectively solves common issues such as cracking,shifting,and delamination in the asphalt pavement layer of steel bridge decks under large longitudinal slopes.
