摘要
铝箔纸主要应用于包装防护,生活用品等方面。为了增强美观程度和装饰效果,通常会采取压纹辊将各类图案和纹理压印在铝箔上,但是不同材质和深度的图案所需要设计不同的花纹和尺寸不同,而且一套成品压纹辊价格不菲,这会给厂家带来较大的经济成本。因此,为降低成本,提升设计的自主权,从压纹辊的模型设计、多轴编程、仿真加工以及最后的产品成功试压作了介绍,为有关企业自主研发提供了更多的参考思路。
Aluminum foil paper is mainly used in packaging protection,daily necessities,etc.In order to enhance the aesthetics and decorative effect,embossing rollers are usually used to emboss various patterns and textures on aluminum foil,but different materials and depth of patterns need to design different patterns and sizes,and a set of finished embossing rollers is expensive,which will bring greater economic costs to manufacturers.Therefore,in order to reduce costs and improve design autonomy,this paper provides more reference ideas for independent research and development of relevant enterprises from the model design of embossed rolls,multi-axis programming,simulation processing and finally successful pressure testing of products.
