火力发电企业操作间隔异常事件检测方法研究

摘要 为了保障火力发电企业的安全生产,有效防范和控制操作间隔异常事件的发生,提出了一种基于工作票数据和超宽带(Ultra Wide Band,UWB)定位数据的异常事件检测方法。该方法主要包括数据采集、数据预处理和异常事件检测3个步骤。数据采集通过与火力发电企业的信息管理系统对接,实时获取工作票数据,通过超宽带定位系统实时推送定位数据,获取人员的作业信息和位置信息。数据预处理对工作票数据进行清理、补全、标准化等操作,对定位数据进行选择、平滑、校正等操作,提高数据的质量和可用性。异常事件检测通过比对位置信息和作业信息,以及查询工作票和操作间隔等方式,识别和报警3种类型的异常事件:非法闯入、错区作业和超时滞留。在某火力发电企业的一个机组中进行了实验验证,结果表明,该方法在检测率、检测时间、误报率等性能指标上都有明显的优势,体现了该方法的可行性和有效性。 In order to ensure the safe production of thermal power generation enterprises and effectively prevent and control the occurrence of anomaly events of operation interval,this paper proposes a method for detecting anomaly events based on work ticket data and ultra wide band(UWB)positioning data.The method mainly includes three steps:data acquisition,data preprocessing and anomaly event detection.Data is acquired by docking with the information management system of thermal power generation enterprises to access real-time work ticket data.The operation information and location information of the personnel is obtained by using the ultra-wideband positioning system to push the positioning data in real time.Data preprocessing cleans,completes,and standardizes work ticket data,etc.,and selects,smooths,and corrects positioning data etc.,to improve the quality and availability data.Anomaly event detection identifies and alerts three types of anomaly events:illegal intrusion,wrong area operation and overtime retention by such means as comparing location information and work information,querying work tickets and operation intervals and so on.The method has been experimentally verified in a unit of a thermal power generation enterprise,and the results show that the proposed method has obvious advantages in the detection rate,detection time,false alarm rate and other performance indicators,reflecting the feasibility and effectiveness of the method.
