摘要
为了让科研工作者更深入了解近5 a来国内外水稻领域研究的态势,以Web of Science核心合集及中国知网数据库中2018—2022年水稻领域研究的相关文献为数据源,运用Cite Space、VOSviewer、Derwent Data Analyze分析工具从发文趋势、来源国家(地区)、学科分布、发文机构、高发文期刊、影响因子、关键词聚类和文献共被引等角度进行了分析。根据特定的检索式从Web of Science核心合集检索到水稻研究领域相关外文文献59747篇,从知网检索到相关中文文献24434篇,分析发现:国内外对水稻领域研究一直有着较高的关注度,中国在水稻领域的研究有着绝对的优势,中国科学院常年发文量第一,外文文献发文量排名前3的期刊是《Frontiers in Plant Science》《Agronomy Basel》《Science of the Total Environment》。近5 a的研究前沿涵盖镉、基因编辑、硅、生物炭、褐飞虱、驯化、籽粒大小(粒型)、耐盐性等方面,而在研究热点上还涵盖了生长发育、产量、基因表达、品质、施肥(受精)等多个方面。这些重点和热点研究信息可为科研工作者了解国内外水稻研究现状提供一定的参考。
In order to provide scientific researchers with a deeper understanding of the situation of rice research in China and abroad over the past five years,this article used the Web of Science core collection and relevant literature on rice research from 2018 to 2022 in the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)database as data sources.Cite Space,VOSviewer,and Derwent Data Analyze tools were also used to analyze the trends,source countries/regions,disciplinary distribution,publication institutions,journals with high publication volume,influencing factors,keyword clustering,and co-citation of literature.According to the specific search method,59747 pieces of foreign literature related to rice research were retrieved from the Web of Science core collection,and 24434 pieces of Chinese literature were retrieved from the CNKI database.The analysis finds that there has been a high degree of attention to rice research in China and abroad.China has an absolute advantage in rice research,and the Chinese Academy of Sciences has the highest number of papers published all year round.The top three journals in terms of publication volume of foreign literature are Frontiers in Plant Science,Agronomy Basel,and Science of the Total Environment.The research frontiers in the past five years cover cadmium,gene editing,silicon,biochar,brown planthopper,domestication,grain size/type,salt tolerance,and other aspects.In addition,research hotspots also involve multiple aspects such as growth and development,yield,gene expression,quality,and fertilization.Such key and hot research information can provide a basic reference for scientific researchers to understand the current situation of rice research in China and abroad.
