摘要
【目的】对比复合微生物菌剂对灵芝菌、青枯雷尔氏菌的抑菌效果,为开展有效防治植物的灵芝根腐病和青枯病提供参考。【方法】从凤凰木上分离获得2株灵芝菌,购买青枯雷尔氏菌,分别在PDA、SPA培养基上加入复合微生物菌剂进行培养,以无复合微生物菌剂培养的菌株为对照,观察抑菌效果。【结果】复合微生物菌剂对灵芝菌的抑菌圈直径为0.50和0.67 cm,平均抑菌率为97.69%,对青枯雷尔氏菌的抑菌圈直径为2.50、2.70和2.90cm,平均抑菌率为30.00%。【结论】复合微生物菌剂对真菌类的凤凰木根腐病灵芝菌抑菌率在95.37%~100.00%,生防效果好;对细菌类的青枯雷尔氏菌的抑制作用差。
[Objective]The aim of this study was to compare the bacteriostatic effects of compound microbial agents on Ganoderma lucidum and Ralstonia solanacearum in order to provide references for their effective control.[Method]Two strains of Ganoderma lucidum were isolated from Delonix regia.Ralstonia Solanacearum was cultured on PDA and SPA media,respectively,with the addition of the compound microbial agent,and the strains cultured without the compound microbial agent were used as the control to observe the comparative bacteriostasis effect.[Result]The average diameter of inhibition zone of compound microbial agents against Ganoderma lucidum was 0.50 cm and 0.67 cm,respectively.The average bacteriostatic rate was 97.69%.The average diameter of inhibition zone of compound microbial agents against Ralstonia solanacearum was 2.50 cm,2.70 cm and 2.90 cm,respectively.The bacteriostatic rate was 30.00%.[Conclusion]The bacteriostatic rate of the compound microbial agent against the root rot of Ganoderma lucidum was 95.37%-100.00%.The bacteriostatic effect of the compound microbial agent was good against Ganoderma lucidum and not good against Ralstonia solanacearum.
