摘要
天津工业会是民国南京政府《工业会法》颁布后成立的最早区域工业会之一,意义重大,在协助政府管理经济、维护会员利益、承担社会职能方面发挥了作用。但由于国民党政府的腐败政策,工业会无法大展拳脚。天津解放后,天津工业会迎来了发展的好时机,积极支持政府工作,为中国共产党接收天津、恢复经济作出了贡献。1950年,天津工商联成立,其中包含了工业会和商会,包含了天津几乎所有的工厂,天津工业会重获“新生”。
Tianjin Industrial Association(TIA)was one of the earliest regional industrial associations established after the promulgation of the Industrial Association Law by the Nanjing nationalist government.It played a significant role in assisting government economic management,safeguarding the interests of its members,and fulfilling social functions.However,due to the corrupt policies of the Kuomintang govern-ment,the TIA did no exert its influences.After the liberation of Tianjin,the TIA obtained a favorable development opportunity to actively support government work and contribute to the reception of Tianjin by the Communist Party of China and the recovery of Tianjin’s economy.In 1950,the Tianjin Federation of Industry and Commerce was established.It encompassed both industrial and commercial associations,repre-senting nearly all factories in Tianjin.This marks a new beginning for the TIA.
