摘要
发展数字经济已成为我国经济高质量发展的重要战略选择。基于2011-2020年我国29个省域面板数据,运用主成分分析法测度数字经济发展水平、高技术产业高质量发展水平,实证研究了数字经济对高技术产业高质量发展的影响。结果表明:数字经济显著促进了高技术产业高质量发展,但影响效果在东、中、西部地区存在差异,三大地区数字经济的影响系数大小呈“东部>中部>西部”的趋势。针对实证结论,提出了加强数字经济基础设施建设、采取区域差异化发展战略的建议。
At present,the development of digital economy has become an important strategic choice for the high-quality development of China's economy.Based on the panel data of 29 provinces in China from 2011 to 2020,the principal component analysis method is used to measure the development level of digital economy and the high-quality development level of high-tech industries,and the impact of digital economy on the high-quality development of high-tech industries is empirically studied.The results show that the digital economy has significantly promoted the high-quality development of high-tech industries,but the impact effect is different in the eastern,central and western regions,and the influence coefficient of the digital economy in the three regions shows the trend of"eastern>central>western".Based on the empirical conclusions,suggestions are put forward to strengthen the construction of digital economy infrastructure and adopt regional differentiated development strategies.
