复兴区块凝析气藏清蜡剂筛选及评价

Selection and Evaluation of Wax Inhibitors for Condensate Gas Reservoirs in Fuxing Block

摘要 复兴区块属于典型的页岩凝析油气藏,开发过程中容易产生较为严重的结蜡问题。为解决凝析油气从地层到达井口产生的结蜡问题,基于凝析油物化性质以及沉积规律实验,筛选不同类型的清蜡剂。结果表明:在50℃、15mL条件下,十六烷基聚醚清蜡效果最佳,清蜡率为62.82%,能够满足复兴区块凝析气藏井筒清蜡需求。 Fuxing Block is a typical shale condensate gas reservoir prone to severe wax deposition during the producing process.To address the wax deposition from the reservoir to the wellhead,various types of wax inhibitors were screened based on the physicochemical properties of condensate gas and deposition pattern experiments.The results indicate that under conditions of 50℃and 15mL,hexadecyl polyether exhibits the best wax inhibition performance with a removal rate of 62.82%.It effectively meets the wax inhibition requirements for wellbore in the condensate gas reservoir of Fuxing Block.
