南漪湖生态清淤试验工程方案研究

摘要 开展河湖生态清淤工程对河湖水生态治理有重要意义。以安徽宣城南漪湖为例,结合试验区现场实际特征,研究制定了湖泊生态清淤可行方案。研究发现,遵循“动态调整”的理念,对湖区分区进行清淤工程,采用“表层底泥清淤疏浚+深层疏浚”的方案,疏浚一、二区清淤疏浚量分别为247.72万、1389.38万m^(3),可满足水质达标要求。表层底泥清淤疏浚机械采用绞吸式挖泥船,深层疏浚采用专用工作船吸运至临时指定点再转运的方式,同时对真空预压、机械脱水一体化、土工管袋固结3种淤泥固结技术在经济、技术和环保等方面进行比选分析,最终推荐采用土工管袋固结技术对南漪湖淤泥进行固结成土。本研究成果可作为类似清淤工程的参考。 It is of great significance to carry out the river and lake ecological dredging project actively for the river and lake water ecological management.Taking Nanyi Lake in Xuancheng,Anhui Province as an example,the feasible scheme of ecological desiccation of lake was developed based on the actual characteristics of the experimental area.The results showed that following the concept of"dynamic adjustment"and zoning desilting in the lake,the scheme of"surface sediment dredging+deep dredging"was adopted,and the dredging amounts of the first and second districts were 2.4772 and 13.8938 million m^(3),respectively,which could meet the water quality standards.The surface sediment dredging machine adopted the cutter suction dredger,while the deep dredging machine adopted the special working boat to suck and transport to the temporary designated point and then transfer.At the same time,the economy,technology and environmental protection of three kinds of silt consolidation technologies,such as vacuum prepressing,mechanical dehydration integration and geotechnical pipe bag consolidation were compared and analyzed.The geotechnical pipe bag consolidation technology was finally recommended to consolidate the silt into soil in Nanyi Lake.The research results can provide useful reference for similar river and lake desilting projects.
