摘要
总结李飞教授针灸治疗“长新冠”(新冠感染恢复后遗留的并发症、后遗症)后失眠经验。李飞教授认为,“长新冠”后失眠患者,其病机关键在脾,病位涉及脾、心、肾、肝,病性多以虚为主。针灸以健脾祛湿、通调阴阳为治疗原则,强调行针手法的应用,如:捻转补法足三里,补脾益气,捻转泻法神门,宁心安神,并通过隔附子饼灸足三里、中脘、关元穴,温补脾阳,强气血生化之源;采用“百会-神门-三阴交”“印堂-中脘-足三里”等三才穴组,沟通上下、调和气血;协同使用补母泻子法、通调任督法,补虚泻实,通调全身阴阳。在临床取得较满意疗效。
This article summarizes Professor LI Fei’s experience in treating insomnia after“long COVID”[complications and sequelae remaining after corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19)]with acupuncture and moxibustion.Professor LI Fei believes that the pathogenesis in patients with insomnia after“long COVID”is caused by the spleen,and the disease-location involves the spleen,heart,kidney and liver.The disease-nature is predominantly deficiency,and acupuncture is applied based on the therapeutic principle of strengthening the spleen to remove dampness and regulating yin and yang;Professor LI addresses emphasis on the application of needling manipulation,such as reinfocing-reducing method by twirling and rotating needles at Zusanli(ST36),Zhongwan(RN12)and Guanyuan(RN4),so as to warm and supplement the spleen yang,and strength qi and blood,and the origin of generation and transformation;the use of the“Baihui(DU20)-Shenmen(HT7)-Sanyinjiao(SP6)”“Yintang(EX-HN3)-Zhongwan(RN12)-Zusanli(ST36)”and other triple-grouping points,to unblock the upper and lower,and to regulate qi and blood;the synergistic use of the Bumu Xiezi Method,and Tongtiao Rendu(regulating conception vessel and unblocking governor vessel)Method can replenish the deficiencies and excesses,regulate yin and yang of through out the whole body,so as to achieve satisfactory effects in the clinical treatment.
