摘要
为进一步探究悬臂式掘进机镐型截齿的磨损问题,以某镐型截齿为研究对象,从应力分布角度着手,分别探究齿尖锥角、截割速度和截割深度对应力分布的影响,确定该镐型截齿的最优参数组合为截齿锥角75°,截割速度2.0m/s,截割深度30mm。在此基础上,将优化后的镐型截齿参数组合应用于实践,结果显示,截齿寿命显著提升,证明截齿磨损问题得到有效改善,表明此研究具有一定的现实意义。
In order to further investigate the wear problem of pick-type interceptor of cantilever type roadheader,a pick-type interceptor is taken as a research case,and the effects of the cusp angle,cutting speed and cutting depth on the stress distribution are investigated from the perspective of stress distribution,and the optimal parameter combinations of the pick-type interceptor are determined to be the cusp angle of 75,the cutting speed of 2.0 m/s,and the cutting depth of 30 mm,based on which the optimized pick-type interceptor parameter combination is applied in practice.On this basis,the optimised parameter combination of pick-type cut-off teeth is applied in practice,and the results show that the life span of cut-off teeth is significantly improved,which proves that the wear problem of cut-off teeth has been effectively improved,and indicates that this study is of certain practical significance.
