矿用纵轴式掘进机截割头结构力学分析

摘要 以EBZ150A型纵轴式掘进机为研究对象,介绍一种掘进机截割头结构力学仿真分析方法。利用三维机械设计软件SolidWorks构建截割头三维几何模型,通过有限元分析软件ANSYS分析不同岩石条件下截割头结构变化,确认不同载荷条件对截割头结构的影响,进而通过工程应用验证截割头结构力学仿真分析方法的应用价值,旨在为后续矿用纵轴式掘进机截割头结构优化设计提供方法参考。 Taking EBZ150A longitudinal shaft TBM as an example,a simulation and analysis method for the structural mechanics of TBM cutting head is introduced.The three-dimensional geometric model of the cutting head was constructed by SolidWorks software,and the structural changes of the cutting head under different rock conditions were analyzed by ANSYS software to confirm the influence of different load conditions on the cutting head structure,and then the application value of the cutting head structural mechanics simulation analysis method was verified through engineering applications,aiming to provide a method reference for the optimization design of the cutting head structure of the subsequent mining longitudinal axis TBM.
