矿用掘进机机载锚杆设备液压系统及防护方案研究

摘要 为了保证井下巷道掘进时的安全性,对全断面矩形掘进机机载锚杆设备液压系统进行了分析,并针对设备特点对安全防护方案进行了研究,解决了在操作过程中易出现误动作的问题,提升了掘进机作业的安全性。根据研究,该掘进机机载锚杆设备液压系统的工作稳定性高、可靠性高,能够保证巷道掘进作业的安全性能。 In order to ensure the safety of underground tunneling,the hydraulic system of the full-section rectangular roadheader on-board anchor equipment was analyzed,and the safety protection program was researched according to the characteristics of the equipment,which solves the problem of malfunction that is prone to occur in the operation process and improves the safety of the roadheader operation.According to the study,the hydraulic system of the on-board anchor equipment of the roadheader has high working stability and reliability,which can ensure the safety performance of roadway boring operation.
