高铁高酸废水中和渣的石膏高效回收研究

摘要 针对某铜矿矿山高铁高酸废水中和渣中石膏含量不高、杂质多、难以直接应用等问题,基于中和渣的矿物组成特性,分别采用重选、磁选和浮选等分离方法对中和渣中石膏进行回收利用。实验结果表明,采用浮选分离方法,以十二胺为捕收剂,药剂用量在0.2~0.8 kg/t时,石膏产率为80%~91%,品位在75%以上,可满足用于水泥行业的标准GB/T 21371—2008《用于水泥中的工业副产石膏》要求。通过控制药剂用量、添加抑制剂或降低浮选矿浆pH,均可提高石膏精矿品位(最大可达98%),实现石膏回收利用,达到中和渣减量化的目的。而采用重选和磁选方法分离中和渣效果不佳,难以满足水泥行业要求。 According to utilization problem of neutralized slag from high-iron acidic wastewater of a copper mine with multiple impurities and low gypsum content,the separation and recovery of neutralized slag were investigated by flotation separation,magnetic spearation and gravity separation methods.The experimental results showed that the grade of gypsum from the neutralized slag by flotation separation with dodecylamine as trapping agent was achieved high grade of gypsum of more than 75%,with the yield of 80%to 91%,under the condition of dosage of chemicals is 0.2-0.8 kg/t.The recovered gypsum was corresponded to National Standards GB/T 21371-2008"By-product Gypsum Used in Cement".And by adjusting the dosage of trapping agent,adding inhibitors or lowering pH value,it is possible to increase the grade of gypsum concentrate(up to 98%),to realize gypsum recycling and achieve the purpose of neutralization and slag reduction.However,the separation effects of the neutralized slag by magnetic spearation and gravity separation were poor and difficult to meet the requirements of the cement industry.
