7050铝合金的显微组织、腐蚀行为及其调控研究现状与展望

摘要 7050铝合金具有高强度、高韧性和优异的抗应力腐蚀开裂性能,已经广泛用于航空飞行器和武器装备制造。本文综述了7050铝合金的显微组织、腐蚀行为及其调控的研究现状,指出已有研究的不足和未来研究的方向,以期进一步提高7050铝合金的综合性能,扩大其应用范围。分析结果表明:在7050铝合金显微组织(包括第二相颗粒、弥散相和时效强化相的类型、尺寸、分布,织构类型)的分析和表征方面已取得丰硕的成果;对晶间腐蚀、应力腐蚀开裂和剥落腐蚀的行为和机理已进行过深入研究,发现显微组织与腐蚀行为紧密相关;进一步对合金进行热处理以调控其显微组织与性能,研究了均匀化、固溶、预应变和多级时效对合金显微组织和耐蚀性能的影响。然而,鲜见将晶体学织构、晶界类型和晶格储能与合金的局部腐蚀行为相关联的工作报道,这值得研究人员密切关注。 7050 aluminum alloy,which is characterized by high strength,high toughness,and excellent stress corrosion cracking resistance,has been widely used for manufacturing aircrafts and weapons.In order to further improve the comprehensive performance of 7050 aluminum alloy and expand its application range,the paper reviews the research status of the microstructure,corrosion behavior and their regulation of 7050 aluminum alloy and,then,puts forward prospects for future research.It is suggested that fruitful achievements have been accomplished in the analysis and characterization of the alloy microstructure(including the type,size,and distribution of constituent particles,dispersoids and aging hardening precipitates,texture type).Besides,the behavior and mechanism of intergranular corrosion,stress corrosion cracking,and exfoliation corrosion have been studied profoundly,revealing a close relationship between the microstructure and corrosion behavior.Furthermore,the alloy undergoes heat treatment to regulate its structure and properties,studying the effects of homogenization,solid solution,pre-strain,and multi-stage ageing on the microstructure and corrosion resistance.However,it is rare see the research relating crystallographic texture,grain boundary type and lattice storage energy to localized corrosion of the alloy,which should attract high attention of researchers.
