铝锂合金异型搅拌针下压式摩擦点焊接头成形、显微组织与力学性能

摘要 对2195铝锂合金进行了非圆截面异型搅拌针下压的回填式摩擦点焊(RFSSW)试验、预置异种铝合金示踪急停试验,并与圆柱形搅拌针下压、传统搅拌套下压回填式摩擦点焊进行了焊点成形对比。结果表明,I字形搅拌针下压点焊工艺可实现预置材料与被焊材料充分的流动混合,促进焊点成形,解决了传统点焊方法中心回填不足和侧面弱连接缺陷问题,并能有效抑制Hook进入焊点的长度。焊点力学性能实验表明,直径5.2mm搅拌针下压焊点剪切拉伸拉断力可达7.15kN,呈剪切断裂模式并表现为韧性断裂;十字拉伸拉断力可达3.04kN,呈下板塞型断裂模式;焊核具有较高的显微硬度,而接头热影响区发生明显软化。 A pin plunge refill friction stir spot welding(RFSSW)experiment of 2195 Al-Li alloy with a non-circular cross-section pin plunge mode and a replaced dissimilar aluminum alloy tracing welding experiment with emergency stop were conducted.The joint formation was compared with the welding mode of cylindrical pin-plunge and traditional sleeve-plunge.The results show that the pre-placed material and welded material achieve sufficient flow and mixing,which promotes the joint formation and solves the problems of insufficient refilling of joint center and weak bonding of joint vertical side.The length of Hook entering the spot nugget is effectively suppressed.The joint mechanical properties test results show that the tensile-shear strength of 7.15 kN is achieved,exhibiting a shear fracture mode and ductile fracture.The cross-tension strength of 3.04 kN is achieved and the lower plate plug fracture mode appears in cross-tension test.The microhardness of the joint is higher in nugget and lower in HAZ.
