先进镁合金材料钎焊技术进展

摘要 先进镁合金材料具有储量丰富、密度低、比强度高、减震性好、电磁屏蔽性能出色及易回收等特点,有极为广阔的应用前景。焊接是实现复杂金属构件成型的重要手段,也是拓宽镁合金应用的主要途径。目前镁合金主要是通过熔焊、固相焊等焊接方式。钎焊作为一种特种连接方式,仅钎料熔化而母材不发生熔化,适合复杂焊缝的精密成型。随着结构精细化趋势,镁合金复杂结构的焊接要求更加苛刻。与熔焊、固相焊相比,镁合金钎焊尚处于初始阶段,存在大量亟需深入研究的问题。本文首先简要介绍了镁合金焊接的研究现状,随后从钎料设计、钎焊方法、去膜机理等方面详述了镁合金钎焊的研究现状,总结了存在的问题及相应的解决措施;最后,对镁合金钎焊未来的研究方向进行了展望。 Advanced magnesium alloy has promising potential application with merits of abundant reserves,low density,high specific strength,good shock absorption,nice electromagnetic shielding performance and recyclability.Welding is a critical method to manufacture the complex metallic components and broaden the applications of magnesium alloy.Nowadays,the magnesium alloys are basically fabricated by fusion or solid-state welding.Brazing is a special joining technology,which only brazing filler alloy melts in this process,making it suitable for the precise manufacture of complex structures.With the development of complex structures,the rigorous requirement is subsequently proposed to the welding of magnesium alloy.Compared to the fusion and solid-state welding,magnesium-alloy brazing is still eager for further study.In this review,the current researches on the welding of magnesium alloy were reviewed briefly.Then,the problems and corresponding solutions for the magnesium-alloy were specifically reported from three perspectives,i.e.the design of filler alloy,brazing method and removal mechanism of oxidation film.The prospects for magnesium-alloy were also provided in this review,guiding the research on the magnesium-alloy brazing of complex structures in the future.
