大断面切巷支护技术应用

摘要 针对长春兴煤矿307工作面切巷施工期间受煤层赋存、围岩应力影响,切巷在施工过程中很容易出现顶板破碎、冒漏等现象。采用FLAC^(3D)数值模拟分析307工作面切巷支护过程中围岩塑性分布区和水平应力分布区,提出了“桁架锚索+恒阻锚索+柔性纤维网+水力膨胀锚杆”协同支护技术。实际应用效果表明:采取联合支护技术后顶板最大下沉量为76 mm,回采侧巷帮最大鼓出量为30 mm,达到了控制巷道围岩变形的目的。 Aiming at the roof breakage and leakage caused by the influence of coal seam occurrence and surrounding rock stress during the construction at 307 cutting roadway in Changchunxing Colliery,the author proposes a collaborative support technology with“truss anchor cable,constant resistance anchor cable,flexible fiber mesh and hydraulic expansion anchor rod”by analysis of the plastic distribution area and horizontal stress distribution area of the surrounding rock during the support process through FLAC~(3D) numerical simulation,whose actual application results show that it can achieve the goal of controlling the surrounding rock deformation with the maximum roof subsidence of 76 mm and the maximum protrusion in the mining side roadway of 30 mm.
