摘要
采用燃烧法成功合成了CaMoO_(4):Ce/Tb发光材料,研究了不同Tb^(3+)/Ce^(3+)摩尔比对样品发光性能的影响。利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X-射线衍射(XRD)、荧光光谱(FS)对材料结构及性能进行了表征。结果表明,当n_(Tb)∶n_(Ce)为1∶3时,样品的形貌最佳,合成的CaMoO_(4)样品XRD图谱衍射峰及强度与标准卡号JCPDS 29-0351基本一致,在295 nm波长激发下,样品的发射光谱在403 nm和450 nm处出现较强发射峰,当n_(Tb)∶n_(Ce)为1∶2时,材料发光强度最大。
CaMoO_(4):Ce/Tb luminescent materials were prepared using combustion method.The effect of Tb^(3+)/Ce^(3+)ion molar ratios on luminescent performance of the sample were investigated.The structure and luminescence properties of the materials were characterized using X-ray diffractor(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM),and fluorescence spectrometer(FS).the results showed that when n_(Tb)∶n_(Ce) was 1∶3,the samples had the best morphology,the diffraction peaks and intensity of the XRD spectrum of the synthesized CaMoO_(4) sample were consistent with the standard card number JCPDS 29-0351,with the optimal excitation at 295 nm,the emission peaks of the material were located at 403 nm and 450 nm,when n_(Tb)∶n_(Ce) was 1∶2,the luminescent intensity of the materials was strongest.
