摘要
该文根据Trumper-Hecht三维分析模型,通过田野考察和访谈座谈等方法,对杭州民宿语言景观展开调查研究。研究发现:在实体维度,杭州民宿语言景观总体为多语符号,以多种语码和符号组合方式出现。民宿语言标牌总体以汉语和汉英双语为主,有单语、双语、多语等多种组合方式。在政治维度,国家及地方政策,游客的来源、人数和消费水平以及语言景观的文化资本,都对杭州民宿语言景观产生了一定的影响。在体验维度,居民、游客、外籍人士等语言使用者对杭州民宿的语言景观比较满意,但在标牌规划设计以及语言翻译、精准度以及人文维度等方面,有改善和提升空间。这些研究发现不仅有助于推动杭州城市国际化进程,助力杭州历史文化古都建设和国际化、数字化城市建设,也能为相关部门制定、修订或完善语言政策与规划提供依据。
Based on the Trumper-Hecht three-dimensional analysis model,this article conducts an investigation and research on the linguistic landscape of homestay inns in Hangzhou through fieldwork and interviews.The re-search found that in the physical dimension,the linguistic landscape of homestay inns in Hangzhou is generally multilingual,appearing in a variety of code and symbol combinations.The language signs of homestay inns are generally in Chinese and Chinese-English,with various combinations such as monolingual,bilingual,and multi-lingual.In the political dimension,national and local policies,the origin,number and consumption level of tour-ists,and the cultural capital of the linguistic landscape all have had a certain impact on the linguistic landscape of homestay inns in Hangzhou.In the experience dimension,language users such as residents,tourists,and foreign-ers are relatively satisfied with the linguistic landscape of homestay inns in Hangzhou.However,in terms of sig-nage planning and design,language translation,accuracy,and humanistic dimensions,there is room for improve-ment.These research findings will not only help promote the internationalization process of Hangzhou and assist the construction of Hangzhou as an ancient historical and cultural city,as well as an international and digital city,but also provide a basis for relevant departments to formulate,revise or improve language policies and plans.
