摘要
随着现代智能技术的不断发展,工业自动化与智能化的水平也在不断提升,物流行业也在朝着智能化与无人化的方向发展与完善。在物流配送行业中,人工配送一直占领着行业的主导地位,但配送效率较为低下、配送成本较高、人力资源较为紧缺等问题逐渐显露出来。为此设计了一种基于Arduino为核心控制器的智能仓储物流配送小车系统,该系统能够实现快速且稳定的移动功能,实现自主识别障碍物、路径规划并完成物料配送等多种实用性功能。通过对此系统的实验测试,该智能小车结构简单稳定,不仅提高了仓储物流行业的运输效率,也降低了其配送成本,运行系统具备可行性与实用性,满足了智能仓储物流配送的功能需求,在行业内具有一定的应用前景。
In the logistics and distribution industry,manual distribution has always occupied the dominant position in the industry,but the distribution efficiency is relatively low,the distribution cost is high,the human resources are relatively scarce and other problems have gradually emerged.Therefore,this paper designs an intelligent warehouse logistics distribution car system based on Arduino as the core controller.The system can realize fast and stable moving function,and complete various practical functions such as self-identification of obstacles,path planning and material distribution.Through the experimental test of this system,the intelligent car structure is simple and stable,not only improves the transportation efficiency of warehousing logistics industry,but also reduces its distribution cost.The operating system has feasibility and practicality,to meet the functional requirements of intelligent warehousing logistics distribution.
