摘要
目的:分析加强药剂科管理对临床不合理用药及用药不良反应发生情况的影响。方法:仁怀市人民医院自2022年1月起实施加强药剂科管理,随机选取2022年1—12月西药处方457份(患者457例)纳入观察组,选取2021年1—12月西药处方457份(患者457例)纳入对照组。对照组实施常规药剂科管理,观察组实施加强药剂科管理。比较两组不合理用药情况及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组临床不合理用药总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.031)。观察组用药不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.036)。结论:加强药剂科管理可减少临床不合理用药现象,降低患者用药不良反应发生率,值得临床应用并予以推广。
Objective:To analyze the influence of strengthening pharmacy management on clinical irrational drug use and adverse drug reactions.Methods:Renhuai People's Hospital has strengthened the management of the pharmacy department since January 2022.A total of four hundred and fifty-seven western medicine prescriptions(457 patients)from January 2022 to December 2022 were randomly selected to be included in the observation group,and four hundred and fifty-seven western medicine prescriptions(457 patients)from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected to be included in the control group.The control group imple⁃mented routine pharmacy management,and the observation group implemented strengthened pharmacy management.Irrational drug use and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total incidence of irrational drug use in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.031);The total inci⁃dence of adverse drug reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically sig⁃nificant(P=0.036).Conclusion:Strengthening the management of pharmacy department can reduce the phenomenon of irrational drug use and the incidence of adverse drug reactions,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
