地方高校多元融合的运载工程专业集群实践教学方案设计

摘要 在交通“新基建”、汽车“新四化”的趋势下,我国运载工程产业技术发展日新月异,产业对专业技术人才数量和质量的需求都日益激增。实践课程作为运载工程专业集群培养高素质人才的必要环节,其重要性日趋增加。将行业特点和专业集群优势融入到实践教学方案中,融合校内外实践教学资源和行业发展热点,可有效提升学生的专业基本能力、自主学习能力、复合创新能力和工程综合能力。该文以西华大学运载工程专业集群实施产教研育多元融合的实践教学方案为例,从教学过程设计、教学平台构建、思政元素的融入机制和教学实施方法四个方面着手,设计适合地方高校特色专业集群的实践教学方案。该方案的实施,为推动培养运载工程产业高素质人才奠定良好的基础。 With the development of"new infrastructure"for transportation system and"new four modernization"for automotive industry,the automotive and transportation industry technology develops rapidly in China.At same time,the demands for professional and technical personnel in automotive and transportation fields are increasing prominent.As a necessary part of the training of high quality talents in the automotive and transportation major group practical courses are increasingly important.Integrating the advantages of disciplines and industries into the practical teaching plan,aggregating the latest scientific research achievements and practical teaching resources from different sides,can effectively promote students'basic professional ability,independent learning ability,compound innovation ability and comprehensive engineering ability.This paper takes the automotive and transportation major group of Xihua University as an example,through the implementation of the practical teaching plan of the multi-integration of production,education,research and education,from four aspects:teaching process design,teaching platform construction,integration mechanism of ideological and political elements,and teaching implementation methods.The practical teaching plan of the characteristic professional clusters in colleges and universities has been designed.Through the implementation of this plan,a good foundation has been laid for promoting the cultivation of high-quality talents in the automotive and transportation major group.
