Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of meniscal injury treated by arthroscopic meniscal suture assisted by needle channel and Kirschner wire. Methods:Sixteen patients with meniscus injury treated in Tongren People's Hospital from August 2018 to August 2022 were selected as the observation objects, and all of them were treated with meniscus suture assisted by needle channel and Kirschner wire under arthroscopy.Long-term follow-up was conducted to observe the therapeutic effect, patient satisfaction, postoperative complications, hospitalization cost, hospitalization days.Lysholm knee joint score before and after surgery were compared. Results:The treatment effect of 16 patients was good, the success rate of operation was 100%,15 patients were cured, and 1 patient was improved after treatment, the cure improvement rate and satisfaction rate were 100%,and no clinical complications occurred in the patients, the average hospitalization cost of the patients was 13650 yuan, and the average hospitalization days were 12.18 days;Lysholm knee joint score was higher after surgery than before surgery, and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.007).Conclusion:The clinical effect of arthroscopic meniscus suture assisted by needle channel and Kirschner wire is accurate, and the incidence of postoperative complications is low, which is conducive to improving patient satisfaction and knee joint function.
