摘要
目的:探讨五苓散穴位贴敷防治疝气术后尿潴留的临床效果。方法:选取2022年1—12月江苏省如东县中医院泌尿外科收治的疝气腰麻手术后患者60例为观察对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各30例。对照组给予淀粉安慰剂贴敷,观察组给予五苓散穴位贴敷。比较两组患者术后排尿指标、排尿功能指标、各项排尿评分、患者满意度。结果:观察组术后排尿指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组膀胱压力高于对照组,膀胱最大容量、残余尿量低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);干预后,观察组小腹症状、首次排尿状况、排尿持续时间评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组患者满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.006)。结论:五苓散穴位贴敷防止疝气术后尿潴留的临床效果显著,能有效改善膀胱功能,缓解排尿症状,促进排尿功能早期恢复,提高患者满意度。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Wulingsan acupuncture point plastering for the prevention and treatment of postoperative urinary retention after hernia surgery.Methods:Sixty patients admitted to the Department of Urology,Jiangsu Rudong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine after hernia lumbar anesthesia surgery from January to December 2022 were selected for observation,and were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the method of randomized numerical table,each of which consisted of thirty cases.The control group was given starch placebo plastering,and the observation group was given Wulingsan acupuncture point plastering.Comparison of postoperative voiding indexes,voiding function indexes,various voiding scores,and patient satisfaction between the two groups.Results:Postoperative voiding indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After intervention,the bladder pressure of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the maximum bladder capacity and residual urine volume were lower than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.001);After the intervention,the scores of abdominal symptoms,first voiding status,and duration of voiding in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);Patient satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.006).Conclusion:The clinical effect of Wulingsan acupuncture point plastering in preventing postoperative urinary retention after hernia surgery is remarkable,which can effectively improve bladder function,alleviate voiding symptoms,promote early recovery of voiding function,and improve patients'satisfaction.
