摘要
目的:分析老年高血压患者采用硝苯地平控释片联合马来酸依那普利片治疗的效果。方法:选取2021年6月—2023年6月贵州省铜仁市松桃苗族自治县民族中医院收治的老年高血压患者98例作为研究对象,随机分为两组,各49例。对照组给予硝苯地平控释片治疗,研究组给予硝苯地平控释片联合马来酸依那普利片治疗,比较两组血压控制情况、总有效率、血脂水平、不良反应发生率。结果:治疗前,两组收缩压、舒张压比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组收缩压、舒张压低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组TC、TG水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用硝苯地平控释片联合马来酸依那普利片治疗老年高血压有显著的疗效,可显著稳定患者的血压、血脂水平,用药安全,值得应用并予以推广。
Objective:To analyze the effect of nifedipine controlled-release tablets combined with enalapril maleate tablets in the treatment of elderly hypertensive patients.Methods:98 cases of elderly hypertensive patients admitted to Songtao Miao Autonomous County Ethnic Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in Tongren City,Guizhou Province,from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and were randomly divided into two groups of 49 cases each.The control group was given nifedipine controlled-release tablets,and the study group was given nifedipine controlled-release tablets combined with enalapril maleate tablets.The following indexes of patients in both groups were compared:blood pressure control,total effective rate,blood lipid level,and incidence of adverse reactions.Results:Before treatment,the systolic and diastolic blood pressure of the two groups were compared,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after treatment,the systolic and diastolic blood pressure of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,the total cholesterol(TC)and triglyceride(TG)levels of the two groups were compared,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after treatment,the TC and TG levels of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The ouerall incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Administration of nifedipine controlled-release tablets combined with enalapril maleate tablets in the treatment of hypertension in the elderly is efficient and it can significantly stabilize blood pressure and blood lipid levels of patients,which is also safe for patients.
