摘要
在“十四五”国家地表水环境质量监测网采测分离项目中,选择总磷和总氮两个指标作为研究对象。从总磷和总氮含量的分析方法、采样规范性和准确度、分析人员能力等多方面探讨研究单项测定结果对平均值的偏离程度。研究结果表明总磷浓度≤0.04 mg/L时,相对偏差范围应在±35%为宜;总磷浓度在0.04 mg/L~0.1 mg/L时,相对偏差范围应在±20%为宜;总磷浓度>0.1 mg/L时,相对偏差范围应在±15%为宜;总氮浓度≤1 mg/L时,相对偏差范围应在±20%为宜,总氮浓度在>1 mg/L时,相对偏差范围应在±10%为宜。
The total phosphorus and total nitrogen were selected as the research indexes in the mining,measuring and separating projects of the 14th five-year National Surface Water Environmental Quality Monitoring Network.This paper discusses the deviation degree of single determination results from the average value from the analysis method of total phosphorus and total nitrogen content,standardization and accuracy of sampling,the ability of analysts.The comparison results showed that the relative deviation range should be±35%when the total phosphorus concentration is less than or equal to 0.04 mg/L;the relative deviation range should be±20%when the total phosphorus concentration is between 0.04 mg/L and 0.1 mg/L;the relative deviation range should be±15%when the total phosphorus concentration is greater than 0.1 mg/L;When the total nitrogen concentration is less than or equal to 1 mg/L,the relative deviation range should be±20%,and when the total nitrogen concentration is greater than 1 mg/L,the relative deviation range should be±10%.This research result has been applied to the national surface water extraction and separation project.
