固废资源化产业与城市化耦合发展研究——以兴化为例

摘要 通过量化固废资源化产业对其城市化的促进作用,为区域指出新发展思路。通过构建兴化不锈钢产业与城市耦合协调评价体系,评估了2010年-2021年不锈钢产业对城市化的影响。结果表明:兴化不锈钢产业和城市化关联度极强,其耦合程度几乎保持在0.9以上;产业的两次不同调整,协调度和调和指数不断提高,说明现有产业政策有助于城市化的发展;在人均GDP 59 662元、第二产业占比38.7%时达到“拐点”。结果显示:不锈钢产业链的调整,兴化不锈钢产业发展更加科学,为推进城市特色“无废城市”建设不断探索经验。也为资源化产业提供示范典型,指出发展中的问题。 By quantifying the promoting effect of solid waste recycling industry on its urbanization,new development ideas are pointed out for the region.By constructing a coordinated evaluation system for the coupling between Xinghua stainless steel industry and cities,the impact of the stainless steel industry on urbanization from 2010 to 2021 was evaluated.The results show that the correlation between Xinghua stainless steel industry and urbanization is extremely strong,and its coupling degree remains almost above 0.9.The two different adjustments of the industry,the increasing coordination degree and coordination index,indicate that the existing industrial policies of the industry contribute to the development of urbanization.When the per capita GDP is 59662 yuan and the secondary industry accounts for 38.7%,it reaches the“turning point”.The results show that the adjustment of the stainless steel industry chain has made the development of Xinghua s stainless steel industry more scientific,and continuously explored experience in promoting the construction of a city with distinctive“waste free city”characteristics.It also provides a demonstration model for the resource utilization industry and points out the problems in development.
