摘要
目的探讨综合护理干预在子宫肌瘤围手术期的应用效果。方法选取2019年8月至2022年8月广东省第二中医院收治的82例子宫肌瘤手术患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组各41例。对照组接受常规护理,研究组接受综合护理,比较两组的术后康复情况、并发症总发生率和护理总满意率。结果研究组首次下床时间、术后排气时间、肠鸣音恢复时间短于对照组,术后第3天疼痛评分低于对照组,住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05);研究组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组护理总满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预在子宫肌瘤围手术期的应用效果显著,能够促进术后康复,减少并发症,值得推广。
Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in perioperative period of uterine fibroid.Methods A total of 82 patients who underwent operation for uterine fibroid in Guangdong Second Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from August 2019 to August 2022 were selected and divided into control group and study group by the random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the study group received comprehensive nursing.The postoperative rehabilitation,total incidence of complications and total nursing satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results The first time of getting out of bed after operation,postoperative exhaust time and bowel sound recovery time in the study group were earlier than those in the control group,the pain score at 3 days after operation in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the length of hospitalization in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total complication rate in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention in perioperative period of uterine fibroid has significant application effect,which can promote postoperative rehabilitation,reduce complications,and is worth popularizing.
