摘要
目的探讨快速康复外科理念结合舒适护理在腹腔镜下子宫全切术患者中的应用效果。方法选取2021年1月至2023年6月于江阴市人民医院行腹腔镜下子宫全切术治疗的60例患者作为研究对象,通过抽签法分为对照组和观察组,每组各30例。对照组实施传统手术室护理,观察组实施快速康复外科理念结合舒适护理。比较两组生理应激指标、心理应激指标及舒适度。结果护理后,观察组平均动脉压、心率低于对照组,焦虑、抑郁评分低于对照组,舒适度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论快速康复外科理念结合舒适护理应用于腹腔镜下子宫全切术患者中的应激反应更为轻微、舒适度更高,推广使用意义重大。
Objective To explore the application effect of the concept of rapid recovery surgery combined with comfortable nursing in patients undergoing laparoscopic total hysterectomy.Methods A total of 60 patients who underwent laparoscopic total hysterectomy in Jiangyin People’s Hospital from January 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group by lottery method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received traditional operating room care,while the observation group received the concept of rapid recovery surgery combined with comfortable nursing.The physiological and psychological stress indicators and comfort level of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the average arterial pressure and heart rate of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,while the comfort level of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the concept of rapid recovery surgery combined with comfort nursing has a milder stress response and higher comfort level in patients undergoing laparoscopic total hysterectomy.The promotion and use of this concept are of great significance.
